Winterstart 5 Miler

November 2025, Saturday November 1st

Fun Event to kick off Winter.  Hundred of participants will attend this fun event, in fun costumes, glow sticks and more!  Run starts at Rundlestone Lodge, Banff.  Run is along Banff Ave and part way up Tunnel Mountain Road before turning around and coming back.  Banff Alpine Racer parents ensure the track is safe, and direct the participants from start to finish.

Over 1200 runners attended the 2020 event, and all the participants were stoked to get back out for the event in full force  Thanks to all the volunteers for making this event happen.

Athletes from Banff Alpine Racers in FIS, U16, U14 and U12 are entered into the race as park of their pre season training.
