BARBVQ AGM

The meeting commences at 6:30 p.m., Mountain Time on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, for the following purposes: 1. to receive a report on behalf of the Club's Chair. 2. to receive a report on behalf of the Club's Executive Director. 3. to receive a report on behalf of the Alpine Chair, on upcoming races to be hosted by the Club. 4. to approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Club held on 06 November 2024. 5. to receive the 2024-2025 Financial Report of the Club for the period ended 31 May 2025 from the Club's Treasurer, and to approve the appointment of new member to review the Financial Statements of the Club in accordance with Article 6.2 of the Club's Bylaws. 6. to elect directors of the Club. 7. to transact further and other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
